وَالْوَالِدَاتُ یُرْضِعْنَ أَوْلَادَھُنَّ حَوْلَینِ کامِلَینِ ۔ لِمَنْ أَرَادَ أَنْ یُتِمَّ الرَّضَاعۃَ۔(البقرۃ 233 )
“And mothers shall breast-feed their children for two full years – for those who wish to complete the term of milk feeding” (Surah Baqarah verse 233).

وَإِنَّ لَكُمْ فِي الْأَنْعَامِ لَعِبْرَةً ۖ نُّسْقِيكُم مِّمَّا فِي بُطُونِهِ مِن بَيْنِ فَرْثٍ وَدَمٍ لَّبَنًا خَالِصًا سَائِغًا لِّلشَّارِبِينَ
- Read Durood-e-Shareef 11 times.

- तो एसे में बा-वुज़ू इस आयत-ए-करीमा (सूरह अल-बक़राह, आयत ‘अदद 233, उपर लिखी हुई है अरबी में) को तीन (3) मर्तबा पढ़ लीजिये|
- फिर किसी भी चीज़ पर दम करके माँ को खिला दे|
- इंशा अल्लाह बेहतरीन फायदः होगा|
- आप इस वज़ीफ़ा को रोज़ाना बिला नागाह कीजिए सकते है जब तक आपको फायदः ना हो|
- माँ चाहे तो खुद भी कर सकती है|
- ग़ौर तलब- ख्वातीन हैज़ के 7 रोज़ के दौरान बिल्कुल ना कीजिए|
